Something small. 4'' blade max. Prefer around 3-3.5. Has to be stout. I would also like it to come with a decent sheath that would be used to conceal the blade, but is not a must as I can make my own kydex.

I cant seem to find anything other than stryder that I wont have to wait out the ass for.

Chase, go with an ESEE 3 or Izula.

I'd recommend Ontario RAT 3 if you want a cheaper alternative.

I carry an Ontario RAT 3 and the wife unit carries an Izula.

Gryphon M10, I've been carrying one since the late '90s and now own several.  Great little knife designed by Bob Terzoula, and a favorite of a lot of "knife guys".  The sheath is well thought out and set up for IWB, and there are several after market specialty sheathes available from Survival Sheaths.

Im going to go with the ESEE 3 or Izula on this as well. The 3 is a little harder to carry but the Izula is very easy to carry. It dosent weigh much and can take a beating. Its small enough to just stick in your pocket and once you mount it to your belt you hardly know its there.

Jasun at Jericoh is beyond good to go. No worries there.

Check out the Guardian model for something small but stout.

The ESEE 3 is a good option.    The BK11/14 is a GREAT carry piece, either as a neck knife or on the belt.    The holster/sheathes are a little better that those for the I
Izula.

Everyone is different.   I can't brag about a BK11 like I can a Randall Made, but it is hard to catch me without that BK 11.

Some of my common carry stuff.

I'll throw my vote for the Izula as well, I LOVE mine.
I wear mine daily around my neck using the paracord that came in the Izula kit.

The Becker Necker is pretty stout as well.
