I will be purchasing a safe soon for my apartment. I'm pretty much set on a Liberty Lincoln 25 gun safe. Here's my question. I live on the second floor of a new apartment building (4y/o), will the weight of the safe be to much for the floor. The safe is suppose to be 725lbs empty. I know you guys don't have floor plans, but where would be the best place to set it so it gets the most support? Any advice you guys could give would be greatly appreciated.

I would not even worry about it myself. Unless that place is old and falling apart.

I will tell you that any engineer will say that it is too heavy, but that doesn't mean the floor won't support it without issue.

I think the bigger issue is what your landlord would have to say about it, in addition to any risk that you may be placing on the residents below you.  It is not uncommon for us to ask for a letter from the building management saying that they are OK with the safe coming in.

Setting it near an exterior wall or above the bearing wall below will minimize bending moment and deflection in the floor system.
The floor loading is likely limited by bending stress vs. shear stress.

That's why someone jumping in the center of a room can be felt easier than someone jumping at the edges.

A flooring system built to code should be able to handle a 725# safe.  That's about 3 adults sitting at a dining room table.
