You need a threaded barrel first. Their website does not mention it and the photo looks like it's not threaded. Of course, the cap has to be removed to admit the suppressor too.
With that said, depending on how the action is made, you may get away with a suppressor attached directly. Designers of recoil operated actions in this format can vary the amount of energy harvested by changing the length of travel and mass of the bolt, to some extent. That is why Mauser carbine remained reliable with a long and heavy barrel. That is all theoretical though. Millions of pistols use Nielsen devices successully. I would not cry too badly if Mongoose required a booster.
