I picked up a Gerber LMFII ASEK yesterday for 39.99 on clearance at a Sports Authority. Did I do good? I have heard some good reviews about the knife so I though 39 bucks was a good deal.

It's a solid, but heavy, knife. Online they're usually nearly double that, so I'd say you got a really good deal.

Yeah it is heavy. So far I am liking it. Going camping next weekend so I can put it through the paces.
