I like the real non-adjustable classic stock

Just can't stand the sight of one of those AR collapsible stocks on yet another platform.
Tapco started a nasty trend IMO

The Swiss had an adapter to put AR stocks on 55X as of a few years back.  Units with various sized users and garb (body armor) needed the LOP to be adjustable.

I'd gladly trade my entire 556 SWAT lower that has a AR buffer tube for a Classic lower.

Why would you want to do that?  The classic lower is much cooler than the ar platform.

I've  qualified with my classic at work wearing my 3a vest and rifle plates installed.  Can't carry personal weapons on duty though.  The 3 position classic stock closes up just as short as the AR stock.  David

Post in the Want To Trade section in the new EE, someone will take you up on it.  I traded with a guy not more than a month ago but I wanted the ER lower and he wanted the Classic lower.  The whole things cost no more than shipping.  Just a thought.
