Thanks in advance for input / guidance. Just want to be sure I'm doing things properly. Completing a Form 4 package. 1) Since the package is completed in duplicate the way I read it (2) photos are required. - the instructions say the photos need to have been taken in the last 1 year....how do I show proof that my photos are current? Should I include a photocopy of the receipt showing when the photos were taken or does the ATF just assume we have followed directions accurately? - instructions say to "attach" the photos.....ATF expecting photos to be paper clipped, taped or glued in place? - any of you write the date the photo was taken on the back of the photo 2) Fingerprints - received a few of the FD-258 forms from the ATF. Is it recommended to fill that entire form out...seems like alot of info if all they are after is prints? Thanks again gang! Any other advice (lessons learned) would be appreciated so I get this right the first go around. Westy |
