So I don't need more work in my re-loading routine and I'm finding after processing brass, even out of the media separator...polishing media is stuck inside the cases....I'm guessing from case lube.
Is there a case lube that's NOT STICKY and doesn't attract and stick tumbling media to the cases?
I've been using Dillion spray on, easy to use, but apparently sticky.

I also use Dillon/Franklin Arsenal spray lube.

I tumble off the lube in plain corn cob.

You aren't tumbling long enough.

I use the dillon stuff as well, and I haven't been tumbling it off of my pistol reloads.

I used Hornady One Shot back in the mid-2000's, and I seem to remember having a few .223 cases that almost got stuck.  Could have been my fault. I have an RCBS lube pad and RCBS case lube 2 on my bench, Im thinking I'll give a try. If you use the RCBS case lube 2 to lube the inside of the case neck will it contaminate the powder?

I make my own case lube and don't look back. I get 3 times the amount for the same price as any brand.
I tumble in corn media for about 4 hours after sizing. Come out nice and shinier.

What are you using as media?

Did you put anything in the media or buy media with polish in it?

I also use Dillon spray.  I use walnut media.  I let the cases run for about 1/2 to 1 hour to remove all traces of the lube.

The only time media sticks to my cases is when the media is too wet (has too much paint thinner in it because the can sloshed as I was pouring it).  If that happens, I run the tumbler for half an hour with the lid off to wet the media uniformly and then give it time to dry out.  By itself, the Dillon lube has never caused media to stick to the cases.

The homemade case lube recipes replicate the Dillon and Frankford Arsenal product (alcohol thinned lanolin).

I've been using One Shot since I started reloading 4 years ago. I haven't had any problems with it being sticky later on, or with it coming off the cases during tumbling.

I also, for some reason, have yet to experience a stuck case using it.
