| How do they compare with the sierra matchkings? Am considering making the switch from 175 SMK's to the custom competition bullets, mainly due to availability and cost savings. BC is the same, but would like to have some input from those who have actually used these. Will be using these in my 700P .308. |

Some people here say they love them and you can buy seconds from their site for a decent price. I have been debating buying some. http://www.shootersproshop.com/index.php?p=11&b=8&s=363&t=Custom%20Competition Currently out of stock though. |
| I been shooting steel with them in 168 grain for years and the rams and other steel crittes fall just as well and fly as nice as the Matchkings.I been experimenting again although not your bullet with a cost alternative from Wideners,Privi Partisan 168 match bullets at eighteen cents each shipped in lots of 2,000.They too fly great and no problems so far and they react the same as others using my bullet pointer, weighing for uniformity and length ect |

I purchased 2K of the 168 CC and other than being slightly off color I can't seem to find a thing wrong with them, the tips are slightly more deformed than the Green Box SMK's but the weights and measurments from the ogive are pretty consistent So those were the seconds? The shipping cost on their site does not go up as you add more bullets. I called to find out if it was a glitch and the guy said it should be accurate. If so that is pretty cheap shipping. |

Shootersproshop is run by Nosler. Correct Sir, but seconds are only offered through Shooters Pro Shop. I've used both extensively. With Noslers "factory" site, its best to wait for specials, otherwise you can beat the price at Widener's or other vendors. |

been using 22cal 52's, 69's, and 30cal 168's for the last 10-15years. all i ever use in my bolt actions, never had a problem with them, sub moa all day long.
on edit: almost forgot, i've had better results with the CC than the Sierra bullets. Only beccause I only use Win748 and IMR4064 powders and only worked up a load with the Noslers and never with the Sierras. |

Nosler 155 and 168's are very good bullets and priced to sell. Mid-South Shooter's Supply usually has 1000 bullet boxes for under $200.00.
I feel Nosler is intentionally selling these bullets for less profit knowing they will catch and convert 100's of Sierra's customers. I can't tell the difference when shooting them through my rifles. I'm ranked in the master class for NRA high power tournaments, maybe a high master can tell them apart, I sure can't. I have a couple thousand on hand, and would buy more if I had the funds available if that tells you anything. |

Like I said I bought 2K of these 2nds to push thru my M1A and after I develop a load I plan on loading up the same load I developed for a SMK and see how they shoot i am very curious and you are right the s/h does not go up as you buy more heck he even knocked off a few bucks when I bought the reload manual.
The seem to be excellent quaility so I wonder how they are 2nds other than color |

It's an auction site and Shooters has a store there and offers 2nds from time to time. |
