My AWC sup was working loose under rapid fire, AWC sent me 2 washers. Slapped one on and hand tightened, sup will not budge now. So I go back and look at the package and instructions say, TWO piece cam locking washers, put teeth side of first washer against shroud... you guessed it put teeth up against supp. Put barrel in vice and cranked with all my 205 lbs and son's 280, won't back off at all. Any ideas for a guy feeling really stupid right now? |

Yeah, if I remember correctly, AWC tends to use the Nord-Lock washers. This means that you should have put two washers on, with the large teeth/cams pointing inwards and the fine teeth pointing out. Maybe try hot and cold to see if it will loosen up. You may just have to use a lot of force.
