Hi all.  I currently have an AR pistol with a 7.5 inch barrel.  I'm filling out my Form 1 to make an SBR and have no idea what to put for the OAL in box 4f.  I plan on using a Magpul MOE or CTR but I didn't buy it yet because I don't want to take any chances having it laying around without any paperwork back.  I measured to the back of the buffer tube and got 23.5 inches but my problem is that I have no idea how much farther back the stock goes so I can't get an accurate measurement for 4f.  Any ideas what to put here?

Oh, and is this measurement with the stock collapsed or extended?

26.5 is what is on my friends 7.5

It's fully extended stock no muzzle device

Stock extended, all non-perm attached flash hiders removed.

ATF doesn't care about an inch here or there.
