having problems taking out my op rod. the one ony my buddies scout comes out fine, but i cant figure out how to get it out. suggestions?

disregard.....stupid carbon build up....not sure if this is going to bite me in the ass...but used a load of carb cleaner.....she popped right out

I figured this was going to be one of those "SAInc receiver step" op rod removal issues..
