I'm a former C-III Dealer (10+ years in business). Several friends and I are planning on getting into the business as a Corporate Class II entity.
A few questions As I understand it, as a Corporate Class II all Officers of the Corporation can have in their possession a Title 2 weapon that the Coporation "Owns". Correct? A Class II CAN sell to a Non-SOT after an approved transfer Correct? As I understand it, there is also a $500 a year fee to the State Department if you are a Class II Correct? Thanks, PursuitSS |
