Just called today and was advised it was approved on 5/23! 227 days from pending with Dudash. Man this is like Christmas morning. It's also my first nfa item (DD MK 18 10.3 SBR).

Been waiting a long time for this thread Have never bothered to call and get pending dates, but given others, I'm somewhere near the end of Oct or early Nov. Looks like I've got about 2 months to go, maybe less. Gotta try not to get too excited. 
ETA: Called the NFA today and found out all of mine went pending in November, guess I gotta move to that thread. |

I figured it would be Pickles given I am in Kentucky, but I am seeing his name approving forms in Colorado, which was not listed in the thread showing assigned states for examiners in this forum section. |

Hopefully mine is approved this week as Nicole Dudash has approved a few forms I've saw on here that went pending a few days after mine. My call this last Friday showed a pending status, so hopefully there are no issues yet. |

Just called a minute ago...Victoria said September '14 for my September '13 submissions and December '14 for my December '13 submission. What I don't get is why I see others with pending dates up to a month earlier than mine but they submitted forms/checks cashed after me. I understand there's variation in approvals due to examiner and whatever else but 30 day difference for going pending for a form that arrived earlier... It's hard for me to imagine a process that can produce that result. |

If you want actual estimates look on threads like these, NFA tracker and the silencershop estimations. |

I've been trying not to think about my 3 Form 4s. The check was cashed early Nov, but I haven't called to see what the pending dates are yet. It sure would be nice to get them back soon....... Settle in for a few more months. I have a late October cashed check that went pending mid December. If things continue on this trend of decreasing times I think it may be approved sometime in July. |

| SOT just emailed. He just received the stamp for my Sparrow that went pending October 3, 2013. I'm working out of pocket and probably won't be able to pick it up until next week. I'll post a full timeline then along with the examiner. I have updated NFA tracker. |

My SpecWar762 form 4 was sent in August and Pending in October. Called yesterday and was told August. He initially started to say approved and got me all excited but then changed and said expected approval in August. Hopefully any time now. Same here. I called today just to check.
