That was my thought after seeing pics.  I got to handle one yesterday at a knife show and while nice, I wish it came in a non-serrated version.

Custom made by smithy here on the forum. Razor sharp and perfect for bushcraft and cleaning animals. I use it extensively for both.

Aaaaah yes, the AFCK.

One of the best knife designs ever.
And the one I've actually had to defend myself with.
You should have seen the look on the guys face when that big serrated blade came flicking out.
Both thugs called it off after that.

This is my first Zero Tolerance, trying it out as an EDC to see how it compares to my Benchmade 581.

Wow! Other than me likely never owning one, that's really cool. That's a piece of history and yours looks like it's in exceptional condition too! Thanks for sharing.

I found where to buy it at. But I was wondering if the sheath has Molle attachments on it for a warbelt?

Where did you get your compound from? When you use it, do you heat the leather or compound before you apply it to the strop?  I keep thinking there has to be a better way to apply the compound than the ways I've tried.

I've been using Bark River Compound & it has done me good so far.   I usually will take a lighter and heat up the leather a little and then will heat up the compound too.  I fill the strop with compound and then will use a butter knife to kinda even out the compound and get rid of excess.  http://www.knivesshipfree.com/knife-care/sharpening-supplies/bark-river-sharpening-compound-with-instructions/

Man I wish I had the spare cash for one of those right now. If my experience with the two respective companies is any indication, your ZT should blow it out of the water.

The Benchmade holds its own.  Aside from the premium associated with the titanium in the ZT, I think this particular Benchmade is every bit as nice in terms of fit and finish, smoothness in opening, and lock up.  I'm waiting to see how durability is on the Elmax, but I have a hard time believing its going to best Benchmade's M390.

This is quickly becoming my favorite folder. I'm not a cheap knife guy either, and it's now residing in my pocket where my ZT 0350 used to.

Maybe I'm losing my mind. My inner knife snob is crying, but I love this freaking knife and it's tough as hell so far.

I've heard great things about that one, I wish I could get my hands on it.
I was watching one and I missed and some guy got it for $151.

Should be getting the zt 566, hope it comes out by year's end.
