I have an AAC Pilot Series one suppressor it is a sealed unit...
I have been wondering if I could send it back in and have it converted to one that I can pull apart for cleaning ?

If it is a sealed 22 can, yes!    You need to be able to get in there and really really clean those!

I dropped the hammer on a Sparrow back 1st week of March.  I looked at ONLY user serviceable cans....

I got a good deal on mine I paid 200 for it +the tax stamp.

Shoot it until you notice it getting heavier and louder, then send it in to Stalking Rhino.  That's my plan with my Pilot.
