Got my omega today and hav a small problem the direct thread mount threads in and out fine but the asr mount threads in till about 3 threads are showing then it binds up almost appears as if the threads were not finish cut deep enough at the bottom. Anyone else have this problem?

Time to make a call to Silencerco. I would do so asap on Monday. They will try to troubleshoot on the phone, then probably ask you to send it in. They'll take care of you with no problem.

No, but have you threaded just the mount onto the barrel  to see where it is binding? The direct thread mount is threaded all the way through so that shouldn't be the issue.

I would bet that if you call Silencerco, they will just ship one on out to you.  If I recall correctly, I had some type of problem with a mount and they just dropped one in the mail and sent it to me and didn't even ask for the old one.

The body of the can appears to not be threaded completely the bottom 3 threads is like they are started but not cut to depth I am thinking the asr mount uses more thread engagement than the direct thread mount.
