Just a heads up. Military Gun Supply has 5 CZ-52s left after the two I ordered this week. They're re-arsenaled to like new condition with a rod, two mags, and a holster for $165 shipped. If you haven't got one yet, get on it. These are apparently the last they'll have.

Aim has them and they're the first C&R supplier I tried.  I imagine the others do too.

Ahhh the days when i got mine in that condition for $100 plus shipping from SOG. Other places have those cheaper than $165, Aim, and century come to mind.

My CZ52 has been my only C&R that has let me down. Dang thing fails to completely feed the round every time. Have to give it a good whack in the slide every time. I've buffed the feed ramp too. Nice gun when it fires, but totally unreliable, using regular Romanian ball ammo.

Your main spring must be worn out. Mine - and the vast majority of others - have been 100%. The only way mine screwed up is when I use aftermarket mags. And I was even able to remedy that.
