What if you were suddenly only able to own one gun. What would it be? |
|
I'd need a little more background info on the "why" of this sad state of affairs. Most likely a Browning High Power if my location remained as it is now, If I was one-gunning it in a very rural area or there had been a major societal meltdown, well that's another matter all together. |

Remington 870 with a 20" inch smooth bore w/ iron sights and a 26" inch vent rib barrel. Shear versatility. Carbine may > Shotgun in Haifa, but you're going to have a hell of a time hitting flying targets / birds / small game, much less having anything left to eat with a .308. Plus, have you ever tried to kill a bear or a moose with 5.56? Me either. |

I would take a Loricin .380!! In actuality, I like the idae of an AR w/ a bunch of uppers. But, I would have to go with the T/C Encore. Although just a single shot (which shouldn't matter if one can shoot worth a shit), this is the most versitle gun on the planet. It is a handgun, shotgun, or rifle depending on how it is set up. It can shoot a .22lr to 45/70 and everthing in between! |

An AR-15 in 6.8SPC lots of ammo + mags Light enough to carry all day Accurate, Range out to 650+yards Big enough for hunting game larger than deer to 300+yds Fire power for hoards of Zombies! This would also be an excellent choice though, from above post Springfield M1A Stainless Loaded. |

I couldn't really do that though. I'd need to have an M9 also and I don't want to be without either.
