Some have come close though! 2AE and an Ops Inc and zero clones… although I am rocking a PRI toooob on one of my rifles. And the “PITA” mounting is part of the fun. Provides an opportunity to get creative. |

"Oh well see it also goes on this rifle I built you a while back, so it's perfect!!"#7dchess or whatever they claim he's doing these days.

I assume you don't need me to send along the AE/FCD just for the barrel profiling and B mount collar work that you have on your website, Just the barrel and probably the Ruger American barrel nut since it's on there in a convenient location? Moving closer to finishing my AE M4-Delta builds. Had Allegheny Arms install the M4-D collar as well as build out my Gordon-style upper. AAGW did phenomenal work. Used a DD 14.5 barrel with an H&R A2 upper. Not clone correct, but uses upper parts I had laying around. Attached File Didn't realize until after the build was complete that the collar blocks the bayonet lug. However I'm not planning on using a bayonet with this build anyway. Attached File Now need to order the suppressor, which my Guard AT check will cover. |

I got the Ruger American Gen-II using the 400 Legend action all together. 6.8 SPC-II X Caliber pre-fit barrel. AEM-4. Just a little filing inside the stock but not much. Maybe I'll get to shoot it some time soon. Thanks ADCO for the collar and profiling.  Attached File Attached File |

I forgot to cross post this... I put this together 20 some years ago for a good friend who passed away in 2020. I handled his estate and it was sad seeing this go to someone I didn't know. I was just glad it wasn't going to the PD to be destroyed. A few weeks ago I got an email asking if I was interested in buying it. Its now mine. If you're over 50 and someone says SWAT Sniper Rifle, you probably picture this rifle with a copy of Major Plaster's book, "The Ultimate Sniper" next to it. Its a time machine! Remington 700P chambered in .223, 24" 1:12 barrel. HS Precision adjustable stock, 4.5-14 Leupold MK4 w/mil dot reticle and 1/4 MOA clicks. Original non swiveling Harris bi-pod. It always shot 55gr TAP like a laser and with a .22 caliber OPS INC 3rd model which I havent seen many of, its quiet as a mouse fart and recoil is non existent.

Lucked into an older mini 14 the other day. What's the consensus on sbring it and doing an aem5? Attached File Something like this? With an ac556 style front sight or the Samson Hannibal rail and an optic? I'm probably gonna send it to Allegheny Arms or Accuracy Systems. |

I can’t speak to the dimensional possibility of this with the factory barrel and AE parts, but you should definitely make this happen. Then film yourself hip firing with a stogie and end the reel with ‘I love it when a plan comes together’

I took these measurements for Izhevsk54r a while ago. 13.5” g rail with a rifle gas 18” barrel and a 1” gas block.   As I recall a .880 tapered gas block would fit. So with a 13.25 rail, pretty much any A-mount configuration will fit on anything longer than ~16.75" Here is the 13.5 MK8 rail with 18” barrel and AEM5 with spr collar and there is roughly 2" of space to spare.
