Are they all created equal? Any reason to choose one over another?

I got mine from a guy on Ebay for $20 IIRC. It didn't have a groove for an O-ring, but it was threaded straight enough not to cause baffle or endcap strikes on a P-22 and MP-22 pistol.

I have the YHM that I used on my P22 and M&P22. It works but I want the SilencerCo for the added benefit of the O-ring for my SS Sparrow.

I didn't think 1/2 x 28 had an O-ring? Does only the sparrow have the O-ring?

Yes, the Sparrow has an o-ring and SilencerCo's adapter has the provisions for it. I had my custom .22 upper threaded specifically for my Sparrow.

I guess what I'm getting at - right now my only can is a TiRant 9. Since it's user serviceable, I wanted to use it on my P22 (i know .22lr is dirty, but I'd rather clean a dirty TiRant 9 than shoot unsuppressed). I have the 1/2 x 28 piston for the TiRant 9mm, so will that work on the SilencerCo adapter?

Also - am I correct in thinking I would need a fixed barrel spacer?
