Found 3 PRR radios floating around in my boxes of extra swag that I have.  They are British radios in the DPM cases with head earpiece and boom mike.  These radios were leftover from a British unit that was leaving the AO in Iraq.  I had hopes of using them while 4 wheeling, but they are not the best comfort wise under a motorcycle helmet.  Any idea what these things would be worth if I decided to sell them?  They work great and run on AA batteries.

Dont know much about them other than they are digital and work great.  I think there are even some wireless PTT buttons here for them too.  Anybody have any information on them?

THanks

We use PRRs in Canada as well.  They are very limited in their use.  Like you've already noted they're uncomfortable to wear and the range is limited to 500m and they have no crypto.  Honestly you'd be better off using FRS radios.
