I just saw a video on the tube of you from PSA, looks like they may be jumping into the .50 game with a semi auto. Think it'll come to fruition? Think that if it does, it will be wildly popular?

Looks exactly like a round receiver version of the Serbu BFG-50a. Wonder if Mark was involved in its development or if PSA licensed the design?

I'm hoping they bring it to market. Not that I want to rush out and buy one, but increasing the popularity of the platform is only going to benefit everyone in the .50 game.

I'm hopeing they don't. More .50s means less available ammunition and the the potential for negative attention, legislation, etc. as well.

.50 BMG prices have budged the least out of the most common calibers over the past 5-10 years.

Anyone buying a shooter without checking ammo prices/availability first deserves what they get. I load for all my guns, and .50BMG is not the most expensive round (but I just go for cheap blasting ammo) . It helps that I bought a fuckton of components when I bought my first one.

I don't care about cost.

It's just crazy difficult to find a place to safely shoot the darn things.
