Ok guys, I just placed an order earlier today from Classic arms. I saw they had got a few more of the PU snipers in stock, so I decided to grab one this time around.

With all the other BS going on right now, Im sure itll be some time until I see my rifle, with all the shipping delays.

I was hoping to see some pics of the ones you guys got, to hold me over until it arrives.

Thanks guys!

Your wish is my command!

Just note, some of these have ancient cosmoline dried up and it makes the rifle look like its a rusted mess. (see pic)

If this is the case with yours, use JB bore compound and a bore brush.

10min later, After treatment:

Ok, now to the pics.  Izhevsk 1944 PU with mated 1944 Progress PU scope, all number matching. Bore is mirror/crown is excellent. Got it from Classic in October.

Man! I'm surprised the crates didn't fall thru the floor! Just curious what kinda moa does the surplus ammo give w/a pu sniper? Would be fun to experiment with

Well . . .. . last time I bought 54R I paid a grand total of 7 cents a round    Been a while, but Grandma always said "Billy -- buy it cheap and stack it deep"

My 91/30 PU will hold a 6 inch, 10 shot group all day long with Polish light ball at a measured 300 yards.  Romanian and Czech is close behind.  Hungarian not so good

Anyone else doing better ? ?
