How do you know that your forms have gone pending?? My check was cashed on 4-15, I have been patiently waiting, but figured I would call to find out if/when my form 1 went pending. The guy on the phone wouldn't even give me the time of day and said to call back at the end of JUNE!!!! All I told him, is I wanted to check the status of my application.
Does the ATF mail me anything saying they got it and its under review?? I am building a SBR via trust, if that helps |

When I call back what do I say?? I told him that I wanted to check on my status and he made it pretty clear that he wasn't going to look anything up for me. I was very nice, I know that they are swamped. I just wanted to make sure that I was in the system and the ball was rolling. Did I call the right number?? (304) 616-4500 |
