Is that an LMT launcher on an MGI QCB system? That require a special mount? Got one (MGI) on the way and looking at an m203.. |
looks like its a LMT MRP not a MGI QCB. That LMT M203 is the rail mounted version |
It is not a MGI system.

Ben you gotta put a picture up of your SBR with the 203. That is one sweet setup!

I just measured my 16 in. w/ A2 flash supressor and the overall length was 17 and 3/16 in. So if the overall length of the 9 in. M203 is about 12.5 It should fit under an 11.5 bbl. because the A2 ads 1 and 3/16 in. bringing the overall bbl length up to 12 and 11/16 in long. You should have 3/ 16 of play with it. |

see above, bro. |

Looks like someone's been shopping Big Sky Surplus! Those chalk rounds look familiar...... I use to have that same setup with the LT 13.2. I've since traded that upper for an LMT MRP! Now I've got the complete LMT weapon system. Once I get the barrel back from the bilock install, I'll post new pics. |

is that the new generation AN/PSQ-18A? Does it work well? I've only heard from one guy that has used one in Iraq that says the cool factor is way high but it's a little bulky. Civis can't get them, right? |

It's a PEQ-2A...IR laser/illuminator. (for aiming the rifle) The PSQ-18A's fit under the launcher, as seen in this pic. |

OH!!! OK, thanks! I hadn't seen a pic of them yet! I only heard a description of a "cigarrette box" size thing. What kind of barrel is that? (on the launcher) I have heard civies can't get the PSQ-18a's. Is that right? Sorry I'm so full of questions. |

The longer barrel is a 12" LMT, the 9" one is a Colt (I believe). ...and no, civies can't buy a PSQ-18. They can own them, but not get them . All sales are Mil, at the moment. |

Anyone got a picture of a standard 12" M203 on a STOCK 20" A2??

Not quite an AR with the M203, but my SIG 551 Swiss Assault Rifle with the 40mm mounted...

I like this thread, seeing AR's with the thump sticks is like eye candy for me...there needs to be a pic thread with AR's (preferably or not) with Master Keys and 203's. Hell, even a bayoneted AR would get the juices flowin'. What do you guys 'tink? I'm still a newbie, so I pass it up to my bigger post brothers, lol.

I saw a few questions in this thread about where you can find them and how much they cost. I've been researching this topic and found some here: http://www.impactguns.com/store/LMT-LMP380L360.html Not a bad price for genuine LMT M203. Just a little bit more than a good suppressor. |

1. A well paying & honest job 2. Training (Chalk), LE batons, Smoke, & Flares. Long Mountain will sell you HE, but the BATF paperwork trail isn't even worth it. Hell, you gotta send more paperwork back proving you blew the silly thing up 3. VERY hard, unless you work for ATK or SNC-TEC 4. HEDP/HE/Training/Smoke will get you up to 350..400 if you got a ninja mental zen for a head 5. Big difference. With 40 you'll have better chances to get mil-spec quality of thumper fodder, and a better variety. 6. Do it, you won't have any regrets and you'll have the best toy at the range. Use the KAC quadrant sight, its a bang of a sight. |

Nope. That is a genuine Hk416 upper receiver assembly. That guy has a lot of money invested in that photo. |

Was reported to be an LMT MRP two posts below that photo. looks very nice..

neg, the MRP is a monolithic rail built into the upper, that one have delta rings and a 2 peice rail, it dosen't look like a KAC, possibly a bushmaster, or yankee hill?

Wow dude...don't bother looking at the pics in the quote or anything before answering. |

Hope it comes with an owners manual and an assistant. My redneck ass would have trouble operating something with that many buttons! Very nice though. |

Smooth setup man very nice! So I carried a 203 in the USMC for about a year and I am not familiar with the laser aiming device you have attached to the 203. What is it some sort of laser quadrant sight????? |
Ya, it's a PSQ-18A Day/Night Sight. I'm hoping someone out there has an operators manual for it, that I could get a copy of. |
Want to share how you got it? Destiny told me a long while back they were NOT available to the public. |

Yeah no shit where does one aquire somthing like?? I never seen one in the four years I was in the infantry. I worked with Force Recon overseas from time to time and Naval EOD and SEALS too and none of them had any either. Hahaha funny the pic posted is gone now. Uhm yeah did somebody steal some general issue on the way out the door????? |
Ya, I too was in SEAL Team 3, and Delta Force with Chuck. Issued it on my last tour of 'Nam. I picked it up when I had to 'retire' to the 'Company'. They wanted my services for a couple U/C operations that I can't talk about here. Go back to your X box. Goobers. |
Ok......I'll let you have the first punch. Uhm I wasn't Special Forces I was in Security Forces under 2nd MARDIV in Rota Spain. I just happened to do a joint deal with EOD, Seals, and Force Recon when I was detached with the 22nd MEU in Liberia. Also too I worked with EOD in Sigonella Italy on a fast rope assault training exercise and in Rota Spain did some building clearing and area securing with the local SEAL team in Rota Spain between 2001-2004. I didn't do anything really "high-speed" while I was in, but I did work with some guys that won wars and I never seen any sort of laser aiming devices on any 203's they where using and uhm I don't own an X-Box or a Playstation. Oh yeah by the way what unit where you in??? |
Now that you and the other idiot are ruining a perfectly good thread, here we go.
Before YOU "throw the first punch" by saying I or someone else stole anything, maybe grow up and think a bit. You have no idea what a piece of kit is, and then try to wow me with a little bit of "but I did work with someone who did stuff"...... I stayed at a Holiday Inn last night, so what.... This is usually a site to exchange ideas, learn new stuff, and share a few laughs with each others toys. If you have nothing to add other than start problems, just go back to the kids sites and leave the adults alone. You didn't know what something was, never saw it before, and have never touched one. Then you asked me a question. I, in keeping with the spirit of this site, explained what was in the picture I posted, in a effort to promote and educate. Then you come back and accuse me of stealing something, when you have no idea what you are talking about. What a dikwad! Keep it up hero. |
