Hello there,
Get you a lever gun as they are fun!  I have a Guide Gun that has been slightly modded, and a Henry Golden Boy.  I have owned many over the years but am currently looking for good deal/trades etc. for pistol cal carbine, a Win 94 marked 30 WCF, and a 32 WCF in any form, and a 1886.  No small order but shooting AR's and other semi's are not much fun anymore but the lever guns are.

Here is a link to the picture thread already started

Winchester 94, rescued from a horrible rusty death. Sandblasted inside and out with 120mesh AO, and lovingly coated with KG Gunkote Moly. Works slicker'n goose snot now! A little unorthodox in color, and certainly not for everyone's tastes, but it has a certain charm.

I'm in!  I've only had my Rossi 357mag 24" rifle and 20" carbine since 2009 but I've already put well over 3,500 rounds through each.  They are just a ton of fun to shoot and using my 158grn plated bullet handloads, actually cheaper to shoot than a 22mag.  With the tang sights on my rifle, 300yds shots are doable and my carbine's sights are fine for up to 200yd shots even with my old eyes.
Steve's Gunz DVD made performing the action/trigger jobs a cinch, bolt safety plugs are a must, new sights for both to help my aging eyes, a bit of WATCO Medium Walnut Danish Oil on the stocks, an added saddle ring, and a bit of leather wrap gives each of them their own special personalities.  Now they're smooth, slick, accurate, and looking good.  Plus they're just plain fun to shoot.

Also, got to show the Clone Cavalry model '73 pistol that's their sidekick too.

Plus, I've got a Mossberg 30-30 too because everyone has to have a 30-30 in their arsenal.  I was a bit nervous about it from the initial comments but its a recent manufacture and has worked to fine.  I got the walnut stocked pistol grip version as I like that style better than the straight stock.  It's got a stiff but solid action, the fit and finish are pretty good, wood has a decent look to it, and its more accurate than I expected, even when using Winchester 150grn Power Points at 200 yds.

For cheap shooting, my Henry 22lr is also a fun little shooter too.  Yes, I had to change it a bit to keep in the ARFCOM Spirit.

Edited to add my just acquired unfired 1959 Winchester Model 88.

This is a somewhat feeble attempt at being artistic, but this is my guide gun  –– not sure if its the "best" gun in the arsenal, but it has been the first one i grab since '08  mainly because i like the 45-70 a lot.  Rifle now wears a carrying handle for low light shooting

Winchester .32 Special, circa 1947

please excuse the 2 ugly ducklings on the left,  but this looks like  3 model 94's  ––  2 30-30's and a .45 Trapper  (is the Trapper really my HEnry .22?  –– i honestly cant tell from the pic ! - it might be a .22 )

Wringing the .45 Trapper out at the range

A second pre-safety model 94  .45 Trapper –– outfitted for swamp hunting or something  (i cant speak for the plastic stockset, it was on there when i bought it -still haven't got around to making things right with a replacement stock set ,  but it is a darn light little shooter like it is

MArlin 1894, cut to Trapper length and saddle ring added ,   .44 MAg 1969 manufacture .   This gun is boring and i dont like it much

Thanks man!   yes, the scattergun is my "bump in the night" gun .

just posting these pics up makes me want to go shooting –––– the temperature outside here is down to 95 degrees !, i may pack up and go have some fun   (95 degrees feels like a breezy spring day compared to a high of 114 last week  )

–– i probably was too harsh on my own rifle ,  its ok –– but since my levergun pic post has  6 Winchesters in it and only 2 MArlins , i'm probably a bit biased towards big W .   In fact, those are the only 2 MArlins i still have left as compared to a bunch more Winchesters  , the Guide Gun will likely never be sold while i am sunny side up, but i suppose i just never got enamored with the 44 mag cartridge the little 1894 shoots.   Even the recoil seems sharper than .45 with equivalent spec loads

–– some people like blondes, some like redheads.   And still many others like both

I like both, and I like your collection. Thanks for sharing!

Streetstar, very nice rifles.  I agree, yesterday would have been nice day to go, but it is supposed to be 93 one day this week.  If I were not at school for meetings I would have been at the range.  That Lexington by any chance?

you got it!  I am a Norman area guy and  Lexington is about the only place where i can still go out with a .22 and plink at  beer cans and such .     I love that !  –– just wish others would clean up out there as good as i try to do   ––––  last time i was there, someone had dragged out a washing machine for a target and then just left it there

Possibly divulging too much , but early Sunday /Monday mornings are a great time to run out there and scrounge bucketfull's of 5.56 brass if you have the time  (i used to but thankfully now i dont –– was unemployed)    !

Yeah, I don't pick up brass like I used to since I have a bunch and shoot a lot less now LOL.  I have had guys try to get my brass while I am shooting, and I have to remind them it is mine and IF I leave it they can have it.  Trash down there is pretty rough at times but it makes targets.  I love it when people leave tennis and golf balls!
