I have a lower I was planning on doing a Form 1 on for SBR.
Now that Zero is our president once again and the defecrats still hold significant power, I have this nagging thought in the back of my mind of not wanting to do anything to put me on their radar. On the other hand, being a veteran and a member on this site, I'm probably already on a couple of Janet's lists. Also, I have a CWP, so there is another. These dems have me spooked. Am I being overly paranoid about paperwork with the BATFE drawing unwanted attention to me in a hostile environment? |

I had two form 1s for lowers I wanted to send in before the election, but couldn't get the ducks to line up until after the election...
My thoughts are that for the most part, most of the bans thus far have been against garden variety Title 1 things, not NFA/Title 2 things...so registering lowers is kinda-sorta a hedge. Sort of. I really hope I'm wrong. Either way, I've been meaning to do it for ages...my forms should be landing at the ATF today sometime. The way I figure it, so long as the paperwork is in play and they cashed the check for it...it's "safe" from whatever may be coming. I could be completely wrong, of course
