| You might try to find a complete one already in that configuration for sale in the Equipment Exchange. It seems most people are complaining about long waits for backordered uppers at this time. If you just buy a pre-ban lower, you may be in for a wait on an upper. Obviously, Essential Arms pre-bans will be lower priced than a Colt or Bushmaster. |
