Am I correct that I can use my 100 m home range to predict POI shift over greater distances?

I realize that repeated trips to the "long range" (recording new, incremental data) is preferable for precision work. But, if I adjust my scope to the 100 m suppressed POI, shouldn't I simply be able to "go from there" with my previously recorded ballistic/performance data - at least, to reasonable distances (say, to 500 - 600 m)?

Or, must I start from scratch?

*Primary shooter is a customized, 20" R-25 in .308 with Gemtech HVT.  (Un-suppressed performance has, thus far, been stellar and wholly predictable& repeatable.)

Thanks.

Edited for clarity.
