looking at buying one. Looking for a shooter type gun not NIB. What are the real selling prices lately?   3700-4000?

It depends on the guy. He might be stringing you along, by not replying to you, till he gets more confident that the current buyer is going to go through with the deal. So you just might be on a waiting list.

In any case, the ad doesn't mention if the mags are straight or curved. So that would be the difference between $120 (6 x $20 for straight) and $300 (6 x $50 for curved).

I paid $2,500 for mine in new condition with several extras just last year. I know that was a SMOKING deal and I really wanted an SP89 so I bought it.

Every time I see these selling for $3,800-4,000 I think about selling mine. I know I would regret it later though. Here is mine:
