I have a lee pro 1000 (I know not the best but it works most of the time).   I am using it to de-prime some a pistol brass and when it pulls a case from the case feeder it jumps a little just before the shell plate which make the case turn on it side. Looks like the lever on top of the spring that the little bar goes into make a pop once it gets to a point.

Any one seen this and have any fixes for it?

Adjust the height of the feeder.  Can also try not gilling the tubes all the way.

The cases come out fine you can watch the pop happen about 1/2" away from the shell plate.   If I move the bar into the front hole on the case slider it helps because the pop happens later in the travel.....But the cases may not fall into place (can not move the case feeder any closer.

There is a little bump on the underside of the case feeder slider that can be filed off. That should get rid of your bump/tip issue. Below is a link that should help. I know it is labeled as for the Loadmaster. But the sliders are the same if I am not mistaken.

When I was running Pro-1000's, this is exactly what I did, in addition to polishing all the parts that are associated with the spring, arm and slider. Dry graphite also helps lubricate the slider base.
