[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Question about adding a collapsible stock?

I have a custom built g3 on a receiver marked G-3 Indep Portugal. Now that the ban is over can I attach a collapsible stock. What I am unsure about is if the receiver is foreign made, if the gun is considered US made or not.
