My first form 4 should be pending based on the time lines others have posted and the date my check was cashed. I would like to call them and make sure everything is moving along and that they don't need any extra forms or info. I found the number((304) 616-45004) in the sticky but I am wondering: 1. What info will they ask me for when I call. I didn't send in my forms the dealer did so all I know is my name and the name of the business that sent them in. Is that enough? 2. What info should I ask them for. Will they give me the name of the person working my case and its status? Should I expect more or less info then that? Thanks ahead of time. |
