I got my 1200B used so I have no idea on how old the blade is.

Is this a normal trim or does this blade need replacing?  Maybe 1 out of every 5 look like this with some being a little worse.  I run a expander after trimming and it knocks off most of those burrs and generally the rest get knocked off during tumbling.

I understand that it has 3 sides so I can try another side, but I have my settings just right and rather ask 1st before tinkering with it.

If it makes any difference, I run it in station 7 on a Super 1050 and let it trim for a good 1 sec.

Try using less lube.  The case may be spinning in the trim/size die.  If you're just trimming a few thousands off the case, the trimmer blade should last a very long time.

Just put a sharpie mark on a case and see if it's spinning.

K will try turning it.  I have tried it going fast and slow.  Slow is better,

No I don't.  Thought that would only unnecessarily work the brass more.

I use a DIY lanolin/alcohol mix at 1:8.  I put about 200 in a baggie and spray a couple sprays in there and rub them all together.

I'll check to see if it spins.

This is what your Dillon trimmed cases should look like right out of your press.

If they don't look like this, something is wrong.
