I just submitted a Form 1 on my last AR pistol. I had submitted and received back approval on 3 other AR pistols, I was holding out on this one as I do most of my shooting at my mom's ( in MD ), on the theory I could take this across state lines without having to notify the ATF. My question is, once its approved, can I take the stock off and put the brace back on, then take it to Maryland without notification? I have been told elsewhere yes, and no. |
