Just ordered a new stripped lower.  It hasnt come in yet.  When it comes in, I plan to eFile my Form1 and send the lower for engraving (likely using CS223).  My question is about the city and state engraving: I have moved around a lot (to free states) and I will likely move at least one more time prior to staying put for any length of time - when I engrave my current city and state and then eventually move...what happens?

I assume that once the SBR has been "made" it is in effect complete.  Then any new NFA toy I make after would then get my new city and state engraved?  Is this correct?

Current city, state.

Nothing to do when you move.
You can update your trust and use that location going forward.

I believe there are some FAQ answers on this on the ATF site.

Nothing happens.

The engraving (for a maker on a Form 1) is simply the city, state where the firearm is made...a one-time act, and not necessarily your current mailing address.

Understood.

Am I required to update my trust when I move?  Am I required to notify the ATF?

Depends on where you move.  You'll have to check up on actual trust law.

And no.
