First off, I am 20, but by the time I come home for leave, I will 21. My dad and I are going to set up a trust for a supressor though willmaker. Here's my question: Do I add myself as a trustee along with my dad? Or should I add myself as something else untill I turn the age of 21?

Also, on the Form 4's, for the name and address of transferee, should it look like this: "My dads name and my name Revocable Living Trust"?

Thanks for any helpful answers in advance

Don't know about Willmaker 2008, but Willmaker 2006 doesn't do father/son trusts.
