On the CMP form, only 1A, 2A, and 3A need to be sent in, and of those three only page 2A needs to be notarized. Is that correct? I ask because it's the only page that has a place to be notarized, but on the CMP webpage it makes reference to pages, as in plural, being notarized. I wasn't sure if they just meant the application pages needed to be notarized on the single page as a group of papers, or if each page needed to be notarized and only one had a space assigned for it. I need a fast response, as I am going to be leaving tomorrow and want it sent off before I leave. I didn't even notice this confussing part until late yesterday.
