I just received an approved Form 3 on a Dead Air Mask with Silencerco as the manufacturer.  What happens here? My SOT said its not a big deal since the Form 3 was already approved. He said he they would just call the ATF and bring it to their attention and correct it on the Form 4. Anyone ever have this happen? I'm not overly concerned as I'm sure it's not that big of a deal.

Your SOT is correct. The correction can be handled on the Form 4. And you didn't received the Form 3, your SOT did...
