Finally dropped the cash and picked one of these up. I have a few questions though.
I've noticed on the video I watched there is some type of insert in the tube that's supposedly used for I think it was stick powders. I don't see where mine has that, is this an option or something you make? Speed...it's sort of fast, I didn't time it, granted it was dead on five of five charges so I'm impressed. However I'm wondering if there is some additional modes I should look into doing to make it even better to use, however while still keeping the accuracy of throws? |
| A Mcd straw specifically LOL. it has the right diameter to hold in place snuggly. people also go into the machines menu settings and modify its dispence speed, but be warned there is not return to default setting so if you make changes you will need to write down the before settings, that way u can adjust it back if u need to. |

I've had mine for about a year and I really like it. I have not seen the need for any of the custom settings. IIRC you can store your favorite loads in the memory. I always like to double check my notes and manuals before entering the charge. Are you using the auto repeat feature? I use it with all my rifle loads and reserve the other powder throwers for pistol I forgot all about the McDonalds straw trick. Mine has worked with all powders, some better than others. The straw might be worth a try |
