Sent them an email requesting some replacement priming parts for my rummage sale-acquired Rock Chucker Supreme and four days later got a padded envelope with the requisite items. No charge.
Thanks, RCBS! |

bought a brand new RCBS hand priming tool that was missing the small primer rod & shell holder.
i assumed it only came with the large primer rod/shell holder. called up RCBS customer service to get the part numbers for them to try to find them locally and the lady just laughed and said "what's your mailing address honey" 3 days later i received the yellow envelope in the mail that not only had the small primer rod & shell plate holder, but and extra set for the large rifle too. damn good customer service |
| I agree on RCBS customer service. I've gotten small parts sent free of charge several times in the past 35yrs and they used to - not sure about now - customize any sizing die to any gun if you sent them the die and 5 fired cases. I have custom dies for my mod 29 .44mag and a Colt .45 SAA. It makes a huge difference in the .44 as the cases fit snugger and come out much cleaner due to less blowback. Anyone know if they still offer this service? Anyone who shoots bullseye competition or long range plates with a revolver would be well advised to get this done at any cost. |
