Just waiting on my paperwork for my RLL, and was wondering if there is any way to get it to work with a .22 kit?

Not yet.  I read M60Joe was working on a kit but haven't heard anything about for awhile. I think the problem is there are only about 500-800 RLLs out there so no one wants to invest capital and time for a limited market. But I would be willing to pay a premium price for a a reliable .22 conversion kit compatible with the RLL.

Correct, M60Joe was working on it but he is too busy with real life to continue work on that niche project.  I finally stopped bugging him about it and bought a RR...problem solved (for me).

I made a prototype but it only ran 1-3 round short bursts.  The bolt weight didn't seem heavy enough to consistently move the paddle even though the paddle was longer and pulled the RLL back easier.

The next step was to make the bolt heavier, add to the length of the bolt stroke, and let the added weight / length travel into the buffer tube.  I don't know when I'll get back to it......

Sounds like you are close to getting it.
I know you would make at least 300-400 people very happy if you finished it!
