As far as I can tell its not actually in stock. It says near the bottom that it ships in 4 weeks. I'm confused.

I don't think Midway actually has the powder.  IIRC, they drop ship from the manufacturer.

They don't have any in stock, it's all drop ship from the manufacture. Don't get too excited, going to be a couple months...

Ordered some on Jan 5th... received the rest of the order... with a notation on the order details that powder ships separately three weeks later.  Never had any issues with MWUSA, but haven't ever ordered powder from them either... we will see i guess
