Anyone have any experience with these scopes, thinking about getting one for my MVP.

They are great scopes for the money. They're on par with a Leupold VX2, but also have finger-adjustable turrets. In fact, they're made on the same assembly lines at Leupold. Not quite. The Redfield Revolution is assembled by Leupold, the Revenge is sourced offshore. |

I picked one up few months back, the had a $40 rebate going. For the price I paid, I would get one again. For the price they are normally, I would still get one again. |

I haven't used one, but I did go compare scopes today.
The Revenge looked to have decent glass; I dismissed it because I preferred a different reticle. But it was pretty clear and sharp, and good light in the store. Leupold VX2; damn nice, probably the clearest and best light gathering; affordable Nikon Monarch3; nice picked one up; really liked the BDC reticle Nikon Prostaff5; really nice also Vortex Diamondback BDC; looked like a good value and picked it up also was looking for bang for the buck; and they all looked like decent scopes |
| Redfield is doing $25 and $45 rebates for certain scopes purchased between Nov1 and Dec31. Between Dick's $30 off of $150, and the rebate, I am looking at $115 for a Revenge in 3x9x40. I had also purchased a Battlezone TAC.22 at the gun show this past weekend that qualifies for the $45 discount. Unfortunately, I didn't get a receipt for that one. Paid cash and the vendor didn't seem to have a receipt book, so I didn't even think about it. I am going to call Redfield and see if they will work with me on that one. |
