All my reloading manuals satate that reducing loads is bad and dangerous. I mostly load imr 4064 and H335 and I shoot at an indoor range, the minimum load is pretty big in all of my reloading manuals. Do you know how low I can go and avoid a round stuck in the barrel?

Squib loads are only one of the potential problems.  A combination of light charges of gunpowder that is fast for the case size can cause secondary detonations due to high pressures.

Hodgon has a list of reduced loads for kids and women using H4895 on their web site that you might be able to use in rifle cartridges.

For mild pistol loads, check out Trailboss gunpowder.

Do not load below the start load with those powders.  Or you are asking for a Kaboom.

Follow AeroE's advice.
