I am new to reloading and I am compiling all the necessities.  I am looking for a good reloading book.  I have been reading here to start with the ABC’s of reloading, but does this book contain the powder loads in it?  I am short on money and can only buy one book, and I want to make sure that it  has everything I need to get started reloading.

Start with ABC's,  you can get reloading data online from all the various powder manufacturers

The Hornady and Hodgen manuals are my favorites. Both have many pages at the front regarding how to reload and such. And the ABCs of Reloading is a fine book. I picked up a copy after reloading for nearly 20 yrs.

I have the lyman 48th.  It has a ton of stuff.  I learned how to reload from this book.  Very easy to understand and has a ton of data.  Was less than $20 at cabelas.

Manuals are broken down in to two groups, those made by the powder manufacturers and those made by the bullet companies. The powder ones are usually free from your local gun store or by calling them. Their data is solely based on their powders. The ones made by the bullet manufacturers, use predominantly, their bullets. Depending on how many calibers you are going to reload, the "Loadbooks USA" are good, because they are caliber specific, but have most of the major bullet and powder load data combined in one book.
