Would powder coated bullet be OK for a Glock pistol? I really like RMR bullets and have quite a few straight lead bullets, that I use in my non-Glock 10 mm pistols.

They also offer a powder coated version and I'm thinking about trying those.

Are you talking about using the stock glock barrel or different barrel. Either way powder coated bullets should be fine to run down the pipe. I use coated bullets from eggleston munitions down both my stock poly barrel and LW extended barrels in all my Glocks.

my factory G23 worked fine with bayou and blue bullets

it leaded badly with precision bullets

powder coated bullets are fine even with the factory barrel. I shot 400 of Bayou bullets in a glock 17 one time practicing for a match in less than 45 min and it was fine no KB. The slide was so hot at the end you couldn't touch it to rack the slide.

I really like the coated bullets from SNS. They work great in my Glocks

I've run several thousand blue bullets in my factory Glock barrels and never had an issue. Just clean after your shooting session.

Precision 9mm left lead in my 26 bad.

My 45 i shot a couple hundred coated with much beta results unfortunately unsure if it was the precision or missouri bullet co.
Will verify this wknd

at the last indoor Glock match I went to one of the ladies showed us her reloads, all she shoots is blue bullets and she shot them very well in her factory barrel, she said that is all she shoots and has not had an issue. I am going to order some, just waiting on BF to see what deals can be had.
