Is this line open to civilian purchase from a dealer or restricted to le only? Thanks |

As others have said, there are no restrictions on civilian purchase. I picked one up last month for $709 from my local dealer. If you can't find one, others have suggested picking up the 700 VS. Practically the same thing but a different shaped stock. There is some debate as to whether the 700P barrels go through the custom shop or not. Either way the VS will probably do 98% as well as the 700P. |
