I have a Navy lower, how do I remove the assembly from the stock lower housing? I cannot figure out how to take it apart.

I think u mean to say how do i get the actual trigger components out of the lower receiver housing.....if so, then simply unscrew the bottom 2 screws holding the cover on the bottom of the pistol grip, find the right hex and unscrew the hex screw just like you would be replacing a grip on an AR lower.  Once you remove the screw its free to be removed, just remember to go slow cause a cpl. screws will pop out if not careful.

You also have to remove the screw under the left side safety switch and knock out the selector
