I have about 100 rounds that I didn't get the bullets seated enough into the casing. They are Barrys bullets and I use a Lee factory crimp die. My question is can I just reseat them or will I have to pull them? I was thinking that reseating would cut into the platting and maybe cause an over pressure.

Unless you crimped really tight, you shouldnt have a problem...I have done this many times, both with pistol and rifle loads....try one and see if you see any copper shavings.

Give it a shot since they're not roll crimped.

Reseat one, and then pull the bullet.

The bullet will tell you by it's condition.

If you are talking straight walled handgun ammo go for it, providing the load you have created has the correct powder charge for the cartridge overall length you want.

When you are done make sure that you can't shove the bullets into the case with your fingers and make sure the finished product still fits in the cartridge gauge.
